Our Neighbourhoods Team works across communities to ensure neighbourhoods are clean, safe and well managed for tenants.
By working closely with local authorities and partner agencies, we take a joined-up approach to neighbourhood management, helping to identify issues early and ensure tenants can access the right support when they need it.
Neighbourhoods have been maintained to a high standard, with regular visits and inspections helping to ensure homes and communal spaces remain safe and well managed.
We worked with partners to respond quickly to environmental issues, including fly tipping, helping to keep communities clean and welcoming.
Tenants have also been supported to sustain their tenancies, with early intervention and partnership working helping to address welfare and safeguarding concerns.
How we’ve supported people this year
- 5,688 tenancy visits undertaken
- 9,752 block inspections completed
- 1,056 fly tipping incidents removed
- 898 items cleared from communal spaces
- 742 new tenants supported to settle into their homes
- 219 referrals made to our tenant support service
- 301 welfare alerts responded to
- 151 mutual exchanges completed
Tenants were also supported through additional partnership working, including temporary moves and safeguarding support, ensuring people receive the right help at the right time.
Strong partnerships with local authorities and support organisations mean we can respond quickly to issues and support tenants with a wide range of needs.
This helps maintain safe, well-managed neighbourhoods while ensuring tenants feel supported to live well in their homes.
We’re proud of the difference this work has made and will continue working closely with partners to support thriving communities.
