We are making great progress over at our Pendleton House development.
The site has now been completely cleared, leaving only the historic Façade of the original building.
Once complete, the development will provide 88 new apartments, all for social rent and will benefit from communal areas for tenants and parking, all with EV chargers.
It’s amazing to see how much the space has changed already, and we can’t wait to share more updates in the near future.
