ForHousing offices will be closed on Monday 9th November.
As always when our offices are closed we will be providing essential services to you.
you should continue to use webchat or call 0300 123 55 22 to report an emergency repair or any other urgent housing related issue.
For any non-urgent enquiries you can still report these online or via email firstname.lastname@example.org and these will be responded to on Monday 12th November.
Our offices will be open again on Monday 12th November from 8.30am to 5pm.
If you are experiencing a housing problem which could lead to you becoming homeless please contact 0300 123 2442.
If you need to report a non-urgent matter to the local Police please call: 101
For Police emergencies call 999
If you can smell gas, or suspect a gas leak, always call National Grid on 0800 111 999 (anytime day or night)
