Maintaining our services to you - COVID-19 update
The safety of you, your community, and our colleagues, is our top priority. We are doing everything we can to minimise the risk of spreading the coronavirus, and we are now taking additional steps in our response.
From Friday 20th March, our offices will not be open for people to walk in. Our reception service will be closed and we will be moving to an appointment-based system.
You can speak to us, or book an appointment for us to see you, by contacting us on 0300 123 5522, emailing us on email@example.com or messaging us on our live chat.
We can support you successfully and efficiently via phone or email, and will make arrangements where necessary to see you face to face when this is needed.
We want to help as many people as possible and keep delivering the essential services that you, and many others need. This will enable us to continue doing just that, whilst protecting you and the wider community.
We need your help to prevent the virus spreading further. By working together we can look after those most vulnerable in your community.
If you are feeling unwell, with a cough, high fever, or difficulty breathing, or are following the government guidance to self isolate, then please do let us know if we are due to see you so that we can put plans in place to reduce any risk of spreading the virus.
If you have a repair we will need to put things in place so we can come into your home in a safe way, and limit the chances of coming into contact with the virus and passing it on to others, so it is very important that you tell us.
It may become necessary for us to change the way we deliver our services to you, at some point. Currently (19 March) our services remain unaffected and we are here to support you, including fixing all repairs that are reported to us via phone, email or live chat.
Your wellbeing, and that of your communities, is crucial at this time. This can help us to reduce the risk of spreading the virus, even if you currently feel well.
Please do not visit any ForHousing office without a pre-booked appointment. Anyone without an appointment should contact us via email, phone or live chat so we can support you in these ways.
Everything we do is with you and your wellbeing in mind. We are following Government guidance daily and we are closely monitoring the advice from Public Health England.
