ForHousing's New Customer Involvement Framework
Over the past 4 months our customer volunteers on the scrutiny panel have been busy developing the new involvement framework for ForHousing. This framework provides a range of opportunities for customers to get involved in a way that suits them.
Our customer volunteers committed a total of 250 volunteering hours to develop the new involvement framework. This involved reviewing the existing involvement opportunities to identify successes and looking at good practice with other social housing landlords. The panel organised an event in November to share what they had done and provided an opportunity to hear ideas from customers and local residents on how they would like to get involved in the future.
The new involvement framework offers over 10 ways to get involved in making neighbourhoods a better place to live and helping ForHousing to provide the right services for customers.
