Continuing our service to you
At ForHousing, everything we do is with you and your wellbeing in mind.
We are closely monitoring the developments of the Coronavirus situation to make sure we minimise risk and protect the health and safety of you, your community and our colleagues.
We are working hard to continue delivering the services that you need, whilst doing our bit to act responsibly and prevent tenants and staff from coming into contact with the virus.
Government advice to contain the virus means that neighbourhoods and repairs staff should avoid going into any homes where anyone has recently returned from one of the affected countries, has been contact with anyone suspected of having the virus, or has been advised to self isolate.
If this applies to you or anyone in your household, please let us know so that we can support you with any non-urgent requests on the phone or through online channels.
If your repair is an emergency we will need to put things in place so we can come into your home in a safe way and limit the chances of passing on the virus, so it is very important that you tell us.
If you do feel unwell with a cough, high fever or difficulty breathing, please stay at home and dial NHS 111 to get immediate, professional advice and help.
It’s important that you have all the necessary information to help you make the best decisions when it comes to looking after yourself and your loved ones.
You can find in-depth information on the background, current status, guidance for primary care and self-isolation on the Public Health England website: https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/coronavirus-covid-19-list-of-guidance. Please call NHS 111 if you are concerned.
We will do everything we can to support you and your community during this time.
