Christmas holiday closure
We are committed to providing an excellent service and want to make sure that you receive the support you need, whenever you need it.
Our usual services will be closed from 3pm on Christmas Eve and will re-open at 8am on Monday 4th January.
During this time, if you need us during an emergency, please call us on 0300 123 55 22 and a member of our out of hours team will be able to help you.
For any other enquiries, there are a number of ways you can get in touch with us!
Zippy: Our virtual assistant Zippy will be available right here on our website to answer your questions 24/7 over the Christmas break.
MyAccount+ App: This is available both on the Apple store and Google Play.
Email: Get in touch with us via email about non-emergency queries at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your email will be responded to no later than 6th January.

If you need to report a non-urgent matter to the local Police please call: 101, or for Police emergencies call 999.
