Homes and developments
An overview of our development journey
We’re committed to working in partnership with local authorities and partners to deliver a variety of exciting new build developments across the North West.
It all started back in 2012 when we started our £44 million development programme of 575 units – we started on site with our first development the following year and through partnering with Homes England, attained Investor Partner Status.
From developing in Salford to all over the North West, by 2017 we’d invested £105 million in delivering new homes.
But it’s not just about the homes we build, it’s the communities we create and the people we support. We were proud to deliver a scheme in 2018 specifically for key workers at 80% of market rate. In 2019 we transformed three derelict garage sites into homes for people at risk of homelessness in Salford, keeping a roof over their head and supporting them to get back into work.
We will continue working in partnership to deliver our homes strategy, with emphasis on new social rent homes with carbon reduction.
Take a look below at our journey and what we have coming up.
