It’s important to us that you feel safe in your home and neighbourhood. We know that when you need to report anti-social behaviour (ASB), this can be a stressful situation. We want to do all we can to support you through this and make it as easy as possible so we can work together to put things right.

The process for reporting ASB feels confusing, with too many ways to send in evidence like paper diaries, emails, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls. 

We listened and…
Made things simpler and more consistent by introducing a new ASB app. It’s a secure, easy-to-use tool that brings everything together in one place. Through the app, you can: 

• Upload videos, noise recordings, and diary entries 
• Send and receive messages with your Community Safety Officer 
• Stay updated on the progress of your case
• The app was trialled with tenants earlier this year and received positive feedback. We’re now using it long-term to help improve your experience and make sure you feel supported every step of the way. 

We’re always listening, and learning and acting upon your feedback so we can make sure you are satisfied with the service you receive.  

If you report ASB, your Community Safety Officer will talk to you about using the app during your initial assessment. And if the app isn’t right for you, don’t worry, we’ll continue to offer other ways to stay in touch.
