ForHousing is a social purpose business that positively impacts communities by reinvesting profits, building vibrant and safe communities. We know that together we achieve more so we work with a range of like-minded partners to deliver positive change in communities and improve lives.

Our aim is to prevent tenancy breakdown by supporting our most venerable tenants who have complex needs and are at serious risk of eviction. We provide the additional support required to ensure the tenant can ultimately sustain independent living. In addition our tenants have a duel diagnosis and at times need crisis intervention.

This will involve working with partnership agencies and internal teams with the aim to keep tenants, including those with drug and alcohol, financial and mental health challenges, in their tenancies.

Managing a large case load of clients, you will promote the service to all partner agencies within Knowsley and be responsible for the maintenance and review of a variety of tenant’s documents via a management system.

With experience in providing welfare support in a housing context, you will be capable of working with tenants with complex needs in an organised and methodical way in a demanding environment. IT literate in Microsoft Office (Including Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Sharepoint), you must hold a current valid driving licence and have a vehicle available for work at all times as you will be required to travel between different sites and locations.
