We’re looking to recruit a Solicitor to join our team, providing a comprehensive service in respect of appropriate legal advice and defending disrepair claims, to include case management, drafting witness evidence, preparation of court documentation and representation at court.

You’ll maintain a personal working knowledge of all relevant law, provide advice to the organisation, colleagues and members, under the direction of the Legal Service Executive

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with a demonstrable working knowledge and experience of the law/legal system, including a sound understanding of the provisions of Landlord and Tenant Act, 1985, Defective Premises At 1972 Housing Act 2004 in relation to repairing covenants.

You may be expected to carry out some evening, weekend and bank holiday work and therefore a flexible approach is essential.
