We’re looking to recruit three Service Desk Analysts to provide operational support both over the phone and face to face for the IT Service Desk.

Acting as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from staff, you will ensure all Incidents and Service Requests are successfully and accurately identified, categorised, priorities, diagnosed and managed in our Service Desk IT Service Management Tool, whilst delivering excellent and clear communication within a timely manner.

You’ll have proven experience working in a 1st Line Service Desk role, have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suites and have the ability to troubleshoot basic network issues. You will have experience of setting up and configuring Apple and Android devices and laptops using SCCM and ManageEngine, coupled with supporting Windows 10 and Citrix desktops on site and remotely.
