The supported housing team are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic person to join our team as a scheme coordinator, based in our sheltered schemes primarily in Salford.
Offering housing related support with a focus on health and wellbeing is a fundamental part of the role. You will interact with residents daily, carry out wellbeing plans and tenancy visits, review and monitor support and risk assessments to encourage residents to achieve their goals. Working with tenants you will plan social events and activities that have a focus on reducing isolation and loneliness.
Your role will also entail managing our buildings to ensure standards are met. You will complete regular health and safety checks, block inspections and equipment testing.
You will also carry out initial assessments of applicants to establish their suitability for supported accommodation, completing the lettings process from start to finish.
Previous housing experience is not essential as we offer full training for the role.

Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service is essential.
You will need to be able to work autonomously and productively as part of a team. Record keeping on varied IT systems is a daily task, you’ll need to be computer literate. Multi tasking is essential to this role, you must be able to prioritise tasks and organise your own time effectively.
Due to the nature of the role, you must be able to drive and have full access to a car for business purposes.
