We're a busy team, enabling our Group Partners in both the social housing and commercial arm of the business to deliver their strategic priorities. We can only achieve this if we've got the right resources, so we look for people and partners with as much enthusiasm and passion as we have for making things happen.

With that in mind, we currently have an opportunity available for a proactive People Partner, based Agile with some travel required to Ellesmere Port, Cheshire West.

Ensuring that People policies are implemented on a consistent basis and identifying changes that may be required, you will coach, support and challenge managers in the application of People policies and practices, providing advice and guidance on complex People issues.

To be successful in this role, candidates must be qualified to CIPD level 7 (or equivalent) and have proven experience and a sound knowledge of employment law, grievance and disciplinary issues, recruitment, absence management, staff health & wellbeing, attrition, and TUPE legislation. Although not essential, previous experience of succession planning and a background of project management in a people context would be beneficial.
