ForHousing is a social purpose business that positively impacts communities by reinvesting profits to help build vibrant and safe communities. We know that together we achieve more, so we work with a range of like-minded partners to deliver positive change in communities and to improve lives.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, our organisation has become truly agile, and we are using some great modern technology to foster new working practices to help drive collaboration and innovation to the next level.

With this in mind, we now have an opportunity for an Officer 365 Technology Partner to join us to help transform our organisation by improving the way in which we use Microsoft Office 365 technology, such as Teams, PowerAutomate, Forms, Booking, Sway, PowerBi, SharePoint, and of course the whole Office suite.

You will proactively support staff and colleagues with getting the most from the tools we use through delivering training, both targeted and to colleagues, but also ad hoc, as you meet staff around the business.

You will need to stay ahead of the crowd on the use and application of Microsoft Cloud technology – we’re looking to help bring about meaningful and lasting change, that puts customers, and ultimately our tenants are the heart of everything we do.

This is a hands-on role, and the post holder will require a good mix of technical and communication skills, and a passion for doing things differently. Being a change architect within the team and wider business, you will drive new ways of working and introduce measures for how your successes are making a positive impact.

Candidates for this role will ideally hold a relevant technology, engineering or computer science degree or equivalent experience with a good understanding of standards and processes associated with IT change control, access control and service delivery. You will have a proven ability to influence stakeholders thinking and introducing new evidence-based ideas or approaches and will hold practical experience in running multiple technology or systems projects.

#HAPPYTOTALKFLEXIBLEWORKING

As well as a generous holiday entitlement, we offer a range of benefits for a rewarding career including a pension scheme and staff discount club membership. We’ll also make sure you get the training and benefits you deserve.

ForHousing is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all sections of the community.
