Joining our Governance Team, you’ll provide strategic corporate governance advice and operational company secretarial support to both the Boards, Committees and the Executive, whilst establishing and maintaining the highest standards of governance at all times. Overseeing and periodically reviewing the overall governance framework for the organisation, you’ll ensure its fit for purpose and provides clearly accountable decision making and oversight, ensuring compliance with constitutional and regulatory requirements.
In addition, you’ll report to our Director of Governance and provide management to our Governance Team.
A corporate governance expert and professional company secretary, you’ll be ICSA qualified (or part / equivalent) with substantial experience as a company secretary, working within a highly regulated environment. Experience of working within a regulated environment with Codes of Governance is required, along with the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a complex setting, working sensitively and confidentially.
