We currently have opportunities available for a Customer Service Advisor to join us to deal with all incoming and follow up contact from customers who have an enquiry or a service request; promoting a customer first culture whilst ensuring that service levels and standards are maintained.

Within the roles, you will be expected to liaise with customers directly through a variety of contact methods including Phone, Email, Web-Chat and Facebook, acting as the first point of contact on a day to day basis and ensuring that all enquiries are resolved to a satisfactory outcome as efficiently and effectively as possible.
