We’re looking to recruit an Asset Management Surveyor to join our Asset team.

Overseeing the management and delivery of the repairs and maintenance service, you will act as a client link between contractors, tenants and representatives during any works undertaken to ensure that the works are carried out in a manner which represents excellent customer service and supports the vision and values of ForHousing. Engaging in operational meetings, you will be responsible for providing updates, monitoring progress, and highlighting concern.

Through site inspections and data analysis, you will maintain and identify areas of best practice to ensure void and responsive repair costs are within allocated budgets and represent value for money.
