Hours 36 per week. 3-week rolling rota, including early shifts, starting at 6:30am, and late shifts, finishing 7pm. Working every third weekend, usually 6:30am to 4pm.

As part of our Housing Management Contract (ForFutures), you’ll maintain contact with people who sleep rough across the borough, helping them exit a street lifestyle as quickly and safely as possible.

What you’ll be doing:
- Providing street outreach to assist people who sleep rough with accessing accommodation, treatment, primary care, and other relevant services.
- Walks and tours to target locations, to identify, engage with, and support customers.
- Helping to build customer confidence, personal worth, motivation, emotional well-being, and work ethic.
- Collaborating with external agencies for customer referrals.
- Completing and maintaining relevant paperwork in line with data protection.
- Undertaking risk assessments and creating plans with the customer.
What we’re looking for:
- Confidence and excellent communications skills.
- Knowledge of safeguarding.
- NVQ in level 2/3 Social Care, or equivalent would be ideal, but isn’t essential.
- Driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
