As part of our Housing Management Contract, you’ll line manage a team of Surveyors and Technical Officers based in West Cheshire, delivering a range of investment works including capital planned improvements, ad-hoc capital works, and adaptations.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a team of Surveyors and Technical Officers, including objective setting, reviews, development, and workload monitoring.
- Developing and delivering planned works in relation to the capital investment programme.
- Ensuring Asset Management works are delivered to high levels of client and customer satisfaction.
- Commissioning contractors and consultants to deliver works.
- Assisting with onsite surveys, feasibility visits, technical inspections, and other onsite duties.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders including Occupational Therapists, Housing Associations, client families, contractors, and volunteer organisations.
What we’re looking for:
- HNC or equivalent in construction.
- SMSTS / IOSH or similar health and safety qualifications.
- Experience working with elderly, vulnerable, or disabled people.
