Hours 36 Hours per week (6-week rolling rota including early starts – 7:30am – and late finishes – 8:30pm, and weekend work) Some working from home possible.

As part of our Housing Management Contract team, ForFutures, you’ll support the Northwich and Winsford manager with the delivery of temporary and supported accommodation in the area. You’ll contribute to transformation within accommodation services and ensure customers are given person-centred support.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensuring services are provided in line with service specification requirements and are responsive to the priorities of the local authority.
  • Implementing clear procedures to provide temporary/supported accommodation.
  • Supporting customers to move on into independent living.
  • Collaborating with Cheshire West and Chester Council’s Housing Options team, and other external agencies.
  • Gathering data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participating in customer support planning and review meetings.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Safeguarding knowledge.
  • Understanding of homelessness legislation and practice.
  • Excellent customer service and communications skills.
  • Experience of supervising colleagues.
