Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, ForHousing are now looking to recruit a Senior Financial Accountant to join our Finance team.
You’ll have responsibility for the key areas; Statutory Accounts, Internal Control, and Tax Requirements and its key you ensure that financial stewardship and segregation of duties is in place across our organisation.
Coordinating the annual external audit process, you’ll prepare our annual statutory accounts for ForHousing and its members, have responsibility for HMRC compliance and for reviewing and updated key finance related policies.
With a good level of education, you will hold an accountancy qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with a record of continuous professional development in Finance. With experience of reporting and producing financial information, completion of Statutory Accounts and HMRC compliance, you’ll have significant VAT knowledge within the social housing field.
