As part of our Compliance and Building Safety team, you’ll provide high quality responsive, cyclical, and planned building services maintenance works to housing properties.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting and working across all compliance areas including Electrical, Fire, Gas, Asbestos, Water hygiene, and Lifts.
- Supporting the compliance team dealing with stakeholder and tenant complaints.
- Producing and reporting technical compliance performance information.
- Producing and updating programmes of servicing or planned specialist maintenance works.
- Monitoring contracts from commencement to end of contract.
- Working with tenants to improve services.
What we’re looking for:
- Full UK driving licence and use of a vehicle to travel between work locations is essential.
- Excellent communications skills.
- A qualification in a compliance area would be ideal but isn’t essential. We will support you to gain a qualification in-role. Once attained, your salary will be increased to £33,000.
