We’re looking to recruit two Portfolio Managers for our Private Rented Sector (PRS) to be responsible for delivering effective PRS lettings and housing management services across our PRS stock, working closely with the PRS Manager, contributing to continuous improvement and development of those services.
Providing high quality, customer focused lettings and housing management, you’ll coordinate void management and letting properties, assist and develop PRS scheme communication. Whilst taking responsibility for ensuring all issues that arise on the PRS schemes are resolved.
We’re looking for candidates who have relevant housing legislation knowledge, working within the PRS sector and confident writing and presenting reports. With strong negotiating and influencing skills, you’ll have worked within a customer focused environment, with the ability to establish effective and productive relationships, whilst delivering excellent customer service.
