Forfutures is a new service within the Group, which has been set up to deliver the homeless support service in Cheshire West and Chester in partnership with the Council. Forfutures is supporting those who are at risk of being homeless, those without secure accommodation and people sleeping rough. Due to development and growth we currently have opportunities available for people to join the team either on a full or part time basis as a Night Concierge within the Accommodation service.
In this role you will provide support and security service to the customers and visitors including controlling access to the building and answering telephone calls, monitoring CCTV to identify any incidents and taking prompt and appropriate action. You will also be expected to undertake building checks, helping with the general upkeep of the buildings and minor domestic tasks.
This is a great development opportunity for somebody who wants to work within a social care setting. For this role we are looking for somebody with empathy, who is organised, has excellent communication skills and has a willingness to learn and adapt. Experience of working with vulnerable adults, an understanding of the support needs and the issues facing our customers and a full UK driving licence would be beneficial for this role.
