We are now looking to recruit a Neighbourhood Officer to join us to deliver effective tenancy management and neighbourhood services across a defined neighbourhood and to contribute to continuous improvement of those services.
Our Neighbourhood Officers also contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans and neighbourhood promises. To achieve this, you will play a key role in the development and strengthening of local partnerships and foster positive relationships with key local contacts.
In addition, you will attend residents’ meetings as required and work with partner agencies and other stakeholders to develop an understanding and awareness of the community.
You will have experience of working in social housing and your excellent organisational, communication, decision-making and workload management skills will help you to manage a busy and varied workload.
You should have or be working towards a CIH recognised housing qualification and have knowledge of relevant housing legislation.
