As part of our Neighbourhoods team, you’ll provide an effective support function to Neighbourhood Officers, delivering a customer-focussed service.

What you’ll be doing:
- Contributing to the delivery of Neighbourhood plans, and supporting Neighbourhood teams, developing, and improving our services.
- Allocating and letting properties including promotion, marketing, viewings, and sign-up interviews.
- Working with key stakeholders to undertake interventions.
- Initial investigations into low-level anti-social behaviour cases.
- Providing a welcoming reception and telephone enquiry service for the full range of functions at a Neighbourhood office.

- Self-confidence.
