As part of our Income Maximisation team, you’ll take recovery action, negotiate repayments, and offer advice and assistance to tenants.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing a customer focussed rent and debt collection service.
  • Collaborating with external stakeholders including the DWP and housing benefit department, to reduce debt.
  • Working with Income Officers to support customers with repaying debt.
  • Providing administrative support within the team.

 

What we’re looking for:

You don’t need specific previous experience to be great in this role, what’s more important is having the right attitude. The kind of skills we look for are:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Great communications, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in both Salford and Knowsley locations, travelling between them as required.
