As part of our Housing Managed Contract, you’ll deliver a customer-focussed housing and neighbourhood service to create great places for people to live and work. By working effectively with residents, stakeholders, and partners, you’ll help develop community initiatives to benefit the neighbourhood.

What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering a high-quality neighbourhood management service including tenancy, void, and estate management.
- Taking a proactive approach to resolving anti-social behaviour, tenant, and neighbourhood disputes.
- Providing a customer-focussed allocations and lettings service, including property inspections, accompanied viewings, tenancy sign-ups, and post-tenancy visits.
- Carrying out neighbourhood inspections to identify problems and ensuring appropriate action is taken.
- Working within safeguarding protocols.
- Working with residents, elected members, community, or voluntary groups to encourage community development initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
- Knowledge of working in social housing.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Use of a vehicle for work purposes.
