As part of our Housing Management Contract (ForFutures), you’ll be responsible for general housekeeping, cleanliness, and maintenance of housing stock.

What you’ll be doing:
- Carrying out minor day-to-day maintenance across the Cheshire West and Chester borough.
- Undertaking regular health and safety checks on the housing stock.
- Basic painting and decorating duties.
- Receiving, recording, and following-up on repairs.
- Removing bulk items when required (with assistance if necessary).
What we’re looking for:
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Accurate record-keeping skills.
- Good knowledge of health and safety, and safeguarding.
- Experience in delivering cleaning and facilities management services.
