As part of our Assets team, you’ll work within multi-disciplinary teams to provide responsive, cyclical, and planned building services maintenance works to housing properties.

What you’ll be doing:
- Producing and updating programmes of servicing or planned specialist maintenance works and monitoring their progress.
- Monitoring and reporting on budgets for the service.
- Monitoring all contracts from commencement to end of contract period, in conjunction with appointed partners.
- Undertaking general specialist services surveying work and inspections.
- Attending tenants’ resident group meetings, boards, and committees as required.
- Liaising with all Housing Staff and Officers in other Departments on all matters relating to responsive, cyclical and planned building services maintenance activities.
What we’re looking for:
- HNC or equivalent in a construction/trade related discipline.
- ACS accreditation.
- Gas safe registered.
- ECDL, NEBOSH, or P402 would be ideal, but aren’t essential.
