As part of our Customer Service Team (Connect Hub), you’ll provide leadership and guidance to a team of up to 12 Customer Connect Officers, to deliver outstanding customer service with a focus on ownership and first-time resolutions.

What you’ll be doing:
- Ensuring effective service delivery by meeting targets for speed, efficiency, and quality.
- All aspects of proactively leading and managing your team.
- Setting clear expectations and ensuring colleagues are supported to be effective in their roles.
- Creating accurate reports and implementing data-led service improvement.
- Working with other team leaders and managers to ensure service consistency.
- Being a point of escalation for any necessary contact.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communications and customer service skills.
- Team Leadership experience would be ideal.
