As part of our Complaints team, you’ll resolve customer complaints, ensuring a great customer experience.

What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as first point of contact in the complaints process.
- Communicating with customers throughout the complaints process.
- Responding to complaints at stage 1 of the complaints process.
- Making sure promises are fulfilled within agreed timescales.
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who is immediately available, with these skills:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Complaint handling experience.
- Great communications, both verbal and written.
- Experience within social housing would be ideal.
