ForHousing is a social purpose business that positively impacts communities by reinvesting profits, building vibrant and safe communities. We know that together we achieve more so we work with a range of like-minded partners to deliver positive change in communities and improve lives.

We’re a busy team with lots to do and we can only achieve this if we’ve got the right people with as much enthusiasm and passion as we have for making things happen. So we’re looking for a Communications Partner to join our fast-paced Marketing, Communications and EDI team, where you’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding and creative communications across ForHousing, acting as a brand ambassador and using your analytical skills to continually improve what we do.

You’ll oversee the production of quality communication strategies and plans for key projects and campaigns within Housing & Neighbourhoods, managing a Communications Assistant to deliver innovative communications to staff, tenants and key stakeholders. As someone with a drive to make a positive difference, you will build strong relationships with internal clients to identify and share the positive stories we have to tell, supporting us to deliver our purpose to Improve Lives.

With previous experience of working in a marketing and communications function and managing conflicting priorities, you will have strong IT skills and use your excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail to plan, execute and evaluate  to a high standard. Above all, you will be driven to make a positive difference and share our passion to Improve Lives.

In return, we offer a wide range of benefits for a rewarding career including:

  • Competitive salary and a generous holiday entitlement
  • Health Shield membership to claim back costs on a range of health and wellness services
  • Company pension scheme
  • Childcare vouchers
  • Wellbeing perks and discounts with attractive savings on everything from travel to shopping
  • Comprehensive learning and development platform to enhance and develop your skills

You will receive a competitive remuneration and generous benefits package, with the opportunity to choose additional flexible benefits including additional holiday and levels of healthcare. The roles are agile which means you have choice over where you work, whether that be in one of our collaboration spaces, in the community, a coffee shop or at home. This flexibility gives you the space to focus on balancing your work, your wellbeing and home life, as well as having a positive impact on the environment by travelling less. We welcome discussions about a wide range of flexible working opportunities which benefit you and ForHousing.
