Reporting to the Strategic Wellbeing Lead, you’ll play an integral part of the Tenant Engagement and Involvement function, working alongside tenants to deliver an effective programme of scrutiny to ensure tenants are supported to hold us account for our decisions, performance and conduct.


You’ll have responsibility for ensuring we are at the forefront of scrutiny and involvement, leading on Scrutiny and the our Together with Tenants Charter, linking in with national networks and supporting tenants and customers to take advantage of training and networking opportunities.


Candidates will hold GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English, experience of working within a Tenant Engagement, Housing Management, customer service or policy role and / or working with tenant groups to support the delivery of strategic objectives. Establishing effective and productive relationships, working towards a common goal, you’ll have experience with collecting, analysing and interpreting data, plans, whilst making the appropriate recommendations.
