ForHousing is a social purpose business that positively impacts communities by reinvesting profits, building vibrant and safe communities. We know that together we achieve more so we work with a range of like-minded partners to deliver positive change in communities and improve lives.

The Tenancy Support & Sustainment Officer will be part of a team responsible for the delivery of an effective, high quality tenancy support and sustainment service for tenants and/or customers with complex needs across Knowsley.

You’ll take responsibility for managing a high caseload (approximately 40) of tenants / customers who are deemed to be at risk of losing their tenancy. These tenants / customers will have complex needs and/or vulnerability factors which may include mental health, substance misuse, ex-offenders etc.

We’re looking for someone who has experience and a proven track record of providing and co-ordinating the provision of comprehensive person-centred support, assistance, and information for tenants and/or customers. You’ll have experience of delivering effective liaison and partnership working with internal departments and external partner agencies, as reducing the risk of eviction and helping to put in place and develop conditions to sustain successful tenancies will be a key part of this role.

You will receive a competitive remuneration and generous benefits package, with the opportunity to choose additional flexible benefits including additional holiday and levels of healthcare. The roles are agile which means you have choice over where you work, whether that be in one of our collaboration spaces, in the community, a coffee shop or at home. This flexibility gives you the space to focus on balancing your work, your wellbeing and home life, as well as having a positive impact on the environment by travelling less. We welcome discussions about a wide range of flexible working opportunities which benefit you and ForHousing.
