We’re making it easier for you to find important information about your home, our services and how we’re performing as your landlord.
From 1 October you’ll be able to visit our new STAIRS (Social Tenants Access to Information Requirements) page, which brings together information in one easy-to-find place.
The new page has been designed to help you quickly access information about things that matter most to tenants, including:
- how we’re keeping homes safe
- how we maintain and improve properties
- how we’re performing as a landlord
- how we’re listening to tenant feedback
- how we spend money and make decisions
- what we’re doing to improve our services
Much of this information is already available on our website, but STAIRS brings it together in one place, making it easier to find and understand.
The information is organised into seven key areas, helping you see what standards you can expect from us, how we’re performing and where we’re making improvements.
We believe being open and transparent is important. By bringing this information together, we hope you can more easily find the answers you’re looking for and feel informed about the services we provide.
If you’re unhappy with the information available, you can request a review. We’ll take another look and let you know the outcome.
There will be further changes about STAIRS from April 2027, when there will be a formal right to request information from us and to ask for a review if you’re unhappy with our response. We’ll share more on this soon.
Take a look at STAIRS and explore the information available about your home and services.
