When the live chat opens, you’ll first see the option to launch MyAccount+. This is the easiest way to manage things yourself including checking your rent account and tracking repairs, as well as accessing services any time.
Your query can be resolved through MyAccount+, selecting this option can save you time and get you the information you need straight away.
If you don’t want to use MyAccount+, simply continue in the chat by following the on‑screen questions. You’ll be asked to choose your local area and select the option that best fits your enquiry.
Next, choose the option that best matches what you’re getting in touch about. You can select from areas such as repairs, rent and service charges, finding a home, changes to your tenancy, or something to report in your area.
Once you click the most relevant option, the live chat will guide you through the next steps or connect you with the right team to help resolve your query.
