The online world is changing, but, not everyone can use the internet or likes to use it. Knowsley Council want your views to help shape their future strategies and services on offer to you. This in turn will help to improve digital inclusion across the borough for you and others.
‘Digital inclusion’ is the active and ongoing work to ensure that all individuals and communities have access to the digital skills they need to take part in modern society. Knowsley has a Digital Inclusion Group which includes services and organisations across the borough working together to improve digital inclusion.
This survey will ask you questions about your ‘digital skills’ which means using digital devices such as computers or smart phones and the internet. It uses phrases such as ‘connectivity’ which means accessing the internet through broadband, wi-fi or your mobile phone, and ‘online’ which means products, services or information which can be used, found or bought from the internet.
If you prefer to fill out the form online, you can fill out the form digitally by clicking here.
