Your landlord, is required by law to make sure that all gas appliances, pipework and flues are safe and well maintained. This protects you and your neighbours, and also helps to save you money in the long term on your energy bills.
Servicing and Safety Checks
Once a year, the gas servicing team (we work in partnership with Liberty Group) will visit you to service your heating system and make sure it’s safe. The service only takes about 45 minutes. We will check all gas appliances, pipework and flues, as well as test smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms. We will send you a gas service appointment.

You will be entered into a £150 quarterly prize draw if you “let us in” on the first appointment. You will still be entered into the prize draw even if you rearrange your appointment, as long as you let us know in advance.
