- Carry out the inspection within 10 working days or a report
- complete works within 10 days for mould cleaning and 40 days for damp related problems
- Inspect and treat all emergency cases within 24hrs.
- Support for tenants with health conditions or complex needs
- Complete follow-up checks to make sure repairs are done right
