Make sure you’re up to date on our Winter break opening times

From 3pm on Wednesday 24 December, our Christmas arrangements will be in place, meaning appointments and reception services will not be available until 2nd January, when our usual services will be fully available. We have lots of ways you can reach out to us from the comfort of your own home for anything that isn’t urgent and someone will be back in touch from Thursday 2 January.  During this period, if you need urgent help or an emergency repair, please call us on 0300 123 55 22 and a member of our out of hours team will be able to help you.

Emergency repairs or housing issues

During this time, if you need us during an emergency, please call us on 0300 123 55 22 and a member of our out of hours team will be able to help you. 

If you are experiencing a housing problem which could lead to you becoming immediately homeless, please contact:
