We are currently reviewing a range of policies and ask all tenants and customers to be involved and have their say!

How to I review the proposed policies?

You can get involved and feedback by joining our Together with Tenants Charter closed Facebook group

We are holding popup events in your local area so please do come along and chat to us about the policies under review:

Neston Library, Neston – Tuesday 7th May 5.30pm – 6.30pm

Trinity Church, Ellesmere Port – Thursday 9th May 10.30am – 12.00pm

Chatterbox Community Café, Winsford – Tuesday 14th May 11.30am – 1.00pm

Alternatively, between 7th May – 16th May, we will be sharing on Facebook the policies under review. You can choose one or more that interests you, read the document(s) and share your views by completing a short survey.
