Following the end of COVID-19 restrictions we are continuing to work as safely as possible, shaping our ways of working to make sure we continue to deliver services and support in a way that suits you and your community.
We are already well underway with providing services that work for everyone through our appointment booking system, making services accessible in a variety of ways, whether that be face to face, online or over the phone.
This new way of booking an appointment has allowed us to continue working flexibly, and we will continue to involve you in the options for accessing services that benefit the whole community.
Government guidance directs that wearing face coverings is now personal choice, however in situations where ForHousing staff will interact with you in person, out of respect we will continue to ask you if your preference is for a face covering to be worn, because we always want to take into account any concerns you may have. In addition to this, within our supported living schemes we will continue to wear face coverings within communal areas.
We want to continue to work safely with you to redesign and reshape the ways we work. We’ll continue to listen and engage with you to understand and develop services that work for you.
Don’t forget, there’s plenty of ways you can get in touch if you need to talk to us.
