Join our online Together with Tenants Facebook group to be involved at the heart of decision making that affects where you live. A virtual discussion group will be hosted via a closed Facebook group, where we’ll engage in conversations with you over the coming weeks around the services we provide.
As an important next step in strengthening our relationship with you, we’ve signed up to the Together with Tenants charter. This charter has been developed by the National Housing Federation and focusses on ensuring housing providers value the voice and experience of tenants and will create a positive channel of communication between tenants and landlords.
This discussion group will be an opportunity for us to work together to discuss how we’re doing as an organisation, how we can better involve you in our decision making and how we can work together to develop the charter to make it a success.
We’ll talk about the issues you’ve already told us about, as well as topics we aren’t yet aware of, so that we can cover all bases and leave no stone unturned.
We’ll be posting new questions and themes and inviting you to participate in polls on weekly basis, to make sure we’re covering all ground and to give you the opportunity to talk about the issues that matter most to you. Everybody who participates in the discussion will be entered into a weekly prize draw, with the chance to win a £25 Amazon voucher.
Strong relationships are built on trust, and we’re passionate about doing right things in the right way. In order to be the best landlord we can be, we want to listen to you and work together to create services that are person-centred, inclusive, and work for you.
Whether you’ve been involved in the Community Conversations workshops, are part of the Community Voice, or have voiced your opinion through other tenant satisfaction surveys, we always take your feedback seriously and want to work together with you to shape the services we deliver.
