At ForHousing, we’re not responsible for the collection and disposal of household waste, this is the responsibility of your local council.

What is Fly Tipping?
Fly-tipping is when people dump things like furniture, clothes, or building materials in the wrong places, like near bins or open areas. It’s against the law and can lead to fines, jail, and losing your vehicle. This harms the environment, makes neighborhoods look bad, and encourages bad behavior like graffiti. Our team works to stop and clean any cases of fly tipping in your area.

How do I report fly tipping?
If you have noticed items you believe have been fly-tipped, start by speaking to your neighbours to see if the items are theirs and they have already made arrangements to clear. If you have made enquiries and no-one knows, there are a couple of actions you can take. If the items are on our land, please fill out this short form. Once we receive your report, we will arrange to get them removed. We aim to get fly tipping removed within 3 working days.
